Chika Ike has bagged so many awards since she came into limelight in 2005.The latest award is from the Actors Guild of Nigeria as the 'most disciplined actress of the year 2013'. She took to her instagram page to announce this achievement and was congratulated well by her fans.
Now the question is: Does Chika Ike really deserve this award? We can recall all her controversies that has left tongues wagging. During the Christmas period,her pictures in Dubai went viral and lots of people commented that she was a 'showoff'. She usually gets mixed reactions of her yearly calendar which she releases at the end of the year. Some even rumoured that she was going out with the senate president, David Mark. The end of her marriage brought up a lot of speculation with people insinuating different reasons in the media. She revealed at a time that getting married at a young age was one of the things that caused her marriage breakup. The actress also runs the Chika Ike foundation whose aim is to educate the child and distribute books to school!
The actress with controversies like this, makes Nigerians wonder whether she deserves the award. But still we say congrats to her!!!
